We are required by the law to collect sales tax that applies to your order. When confirming an order, we display the "estimated tax for sales" at checkout. The tax fee might be changing all the time, so the amount shown as an estimated tax may be updated after your order is completed. In some place, shipping may also be taxable.
The sales tax charged on your order depends on the following elements:
  • The type of product you purchased
  • The delivery address of your order
  • The time and place of fulfillment

Currencies

  • The currency you pay in is determined by the country you pay from and the payment method of your choice.

  • If you want to change currency, you can click on the upper     right corner of our website, and select the currency you'd like to pay with.


FAQ

  • Q1: How do I know if my payment is successful?

    You will receive an email with order information once the payment is paid successfully. You can also check the order status.
  • Q2: How do I change my payment method?

    To change the payment method, the payment needs to be not paid yet. You can find the payments that are yet to be completed.
  • Q3: Can I pay cash on delivery?

    We don't offer Cash on Delivery service. You can choose multiple payment methods such as credit/debit card, PayPal, wire transfer, Net Terms, etc.
  • Q4: Why is a certain payment method not available?

    Possible reasons:
        1. Some methods might not be available to buyers from a certain country.
        2. Your account doesn't support. For example, Net Terms are available for business accounts with a line of credit established. If your account isn't a Net account, Net Terms payment method won't be shown at checkout.
